How to Manage Your Leads

What Is It?

As an active client with Homes.com Connect, you will be able to receive and track your leads generated from your Homes.com Connect website or Homes.com product. What sets the Homes.com Connect leads management system apart from other lead management systems is the ability to determine which lead will be a “hot” lead by designating that lead or any future leads by a temperature rating system. This allows you to establish a lead priority system for ease of follow-up for prospective buyers or current client requests.

In addition, you can also assign “tasks” to leads for generating reports, or to add notes to the lead. These can be managed in the Tasks Application of the Homes.com Connect Dashboard.

You will also have access to a “Hot Leads” gadget on your Dashboard’s home page that will display five of your most recent leads, in addition to your Hot Leads for easy access and "workability" whilst being on the homepage of the Dashboard.

Where Is It Found?

The most recent leads will be displayed upon login into the Homes.com Connect Dashboard. This will default to show five leads sent to the agent, with the most recent leads having a green sash.

How It Works

You will be emailed the lead to the email address set up in your Account Settings of the Dashboard, (or texted to your cell phone if that is set up) as well as having the lead sent to the Lead Overview section for easy access to work the lead.

Leads Overview Section:

This section will contain two main areas of interest: the Priority Leads box, and the Active Leads box.

The Priority Leads box will contain the designated Hot Leads and most recent showing, to find out more about how the lead temperature is calculated please see the Article: Lead Priority Explained.

While the Active Leads will display ALL the leads sent to your email.

This section will also show all of the Lead Gator leads that have been sent. To learn more about getting all your leads into one place, please see Article: Lead Gator Setup.

Each lead contact will have a drop-down option that will allow you to edit the lead, to enroll the contact into an email drip campaign, or to generate a report (CMA, Buyer Tour, Neighborhood Report, or send to our Design Center).
