You can update your Homes Payment Center profile by going to the top right of the page and selecting your name. From there navigate the drop-down menu and select the "Profile" option.
From the profile, you can update the password and review the current billing address. Your email address is currently synced with your Homes Connect agent profile and if changed will revert back to what's found in your Homes Connect dashboard.
There is a prompt to update your Homes Connect Payment Center password every 90 days. You'll be able to login with your current info up until the 90th day passes, at which point when you login it takes you directly to the password reset page. Once the password has been updated, an email is sent to you with the new password as a reminder.
If the client is requesting that the billing address be changed, have them send you an email with the correct address and request to change the billing address in their Homes.com Payment Center account, and then forward that to Billing Support. Once they confirm that the address has been changed, notify the client.
