Buyer Profiles can be created either by the consumer saving a search to their personal profile after creating a profile on your website, or by you entering it into their contact record. A buyer profile will email the consumer new listings matching their specific search criteria.
NOTE: You must have an IDX feed connected to your MLS/Board of Realtors to pull listings into this report to send to your contacts.
Editing, Adding, and Deleting Buyer Profiles
To add a new buyer profile, click on the Add New Profile button.
To edit a contact record, click on the edit icon.
To delete a buyer profile, just click on the delete icon.
You can see all of the client's answers to the set up questions, or if you are setting a profile for them, enter their information here.
You can also see, or set, the search criteria of what the client is looking for so that they are updated every time a listing meeting those guidelines becomes available. This is very much like our Homes Connect Featured Searches
