The Homes.com Social Application will allow you the unique ability to broadcast social media messages to multiple channels straight from your Dashboard.
You are using social media (just like everyone else) - but harnessing the full potential of social media is difficult because the communication is scattered. Conversations online are taking place in "micro bursts" - Twitter and Facebook have changed how information is consumed - traditional websites are not configured for this. Homes.com Connect however was set up with social media in mind and has the tools and connections you need to streamline your communications.
The Homes.com Social Application will contain two standard services:

To setup your Social Pages, select to "Turn On" the connection:
When that is selected, you will be prompted to log into that page and grant access for this application to be able to Post.
Facebook: When it comes to Facebook, some Realtors use a Facebook Profile page to promote their business, and some have Facebook Business Pages in addition to their personal page. If you have more than one type of page attached to your main Facebook Profile, you probably don't want to post your Real Estate Social Media to your personal page. Well within the Homes.com Social Settings, you have the ability to choose which page your posts go to, without having to think about it every time. Set it once and you are done! Just click on the "Manage" button for Facebook and you should see these setting options:
Automatically posts new listings to the social media and to the social wall. This can include price reductions and sold properties.
Automatically posts open houses to the social media and to the social wall. This can include a 24 hour reminder for the agent prior to the open house.
