Homes.com Social Settings

The Homes.com Social allows you the unique ability to broadcast social media messages to multiple channels straight from your account.

You are using social media (just like everyone else) - but harnessing the full potential of social media is difficult because the communication is scattered.  Conversations online are taking place in "microbursts". Twitter and Facebook have changed how information is consumed and traditional websites are not configured for this. Your Homes.com account was set up with social media in mind and has the tools and connections you need to streamline your communications. 

With Homes.com Social there are two standard services:

First, you will need to find your Homes.com Social Settings.

To set up your Social Pages, Connect with your Facebook and/or Twitter account.

When that is selected, you will be prompted to log into that page and grant access for Social Broadcaster to be able to Post.

Facebook: When it comes to Facebook, you can only have posts go to your Facebook Business Page.

New Listings: Automatically posts new listings to Facebook, Twitter, and to the Social Wall. This can include price reductions and sold properties.

Open Houses: Automatically posts open houses to Facebook, Twitter, and to the Social Wall. This can include a 24-hour reminder prior to the open house event.
